No500 the last one of the production line ,there is a search going on for this car, rumour mill says this and that , well we have some confirmed info on this car now .

In the compound awaiting collection by transporters then onto the dealers

Pic taken outside Tickford you can see a finished car minus the front splitter witch was put in the boot to save damage when transporting the car ,also in the boot would be the optional spot/fog lights.

The sharp eyed viewers would also notice Rs500 Reg D115VEV no 004 development/prototype, you will notice the lack of Rs500 rear decal and upper Rs500 wing , the cars also minus it's Rs500 Side decals  this picture was taken on the 27 july 1987.

On the transporter on route to the dealers

then in the dealers this picture was taken in 1987 there is a dealer mark up £20500 ,list price was £19995, not too greedy .

Note: thanks to the rs owners club rallye news forthe last pic & Paul Linfoot and Tickford for the transporter pic.  .

Finally here is a press shot the reg is very well known but not registered , i am of the opinion it was a mock up plate for press pupose, if anyone has info to the contary please let us know.

We have been back and retained our links with Tickford and rightly so IMO , in 1997 the cars made a return 10 years after they left

And again in 2007 when the cars were 20 years old
